Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at curldaze.com! Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and do not provide refunds.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be replaced after contacting email@example.com. Please include images of your damaged or defective product in your message.
We process and ship all orders Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Any orders or emails regarding orders will be processed and/or responded to the following business day.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the order will be refunded for the order amount minus the shipping cost. If the customer would like us to reship the order, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. CURLDAZE is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, and no refunds will be given in this case.
If the order is confirmed to have been delivered by the shipping company and you cannot locate it, we will not issue any refunds or redeliver the order. Please contact the shipping provider to help you locate your package.
CURLDAZE does ship worldwide! The customer is responsible to pay any taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect international fees from you, nor do we know ahead of time what fees will be assessed if any at all. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package If the package is refused by customs or by yourself, we will not provide a refund for the shipping charge. If the package isn't returned to us at all, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
